Meet the Companions (Part 2!)
Once again, many of our team’s pets are the reason why they were initially inspired to take on a role within Pupcycled, so it’s only fair for you to meet the fluffy critters themselves!
Today, we’ll be introducing two adorable pups from two of our team members, Olivia and Mackenzie.
First up, we have Cosmo, a chill, friendly golden retriever. Cosmo’s daily schedule is a simple eat, sleep and repeat, but not without begging for some attention throughout the day! Some of his favorite hobbies show off his athletic side, from chasing after squirrels to scaring off delivery trucks — and he never fails to succeed!
Cosmo is the loving companion of Olivia, one of our executives and founders here on the team. Her main role involves managing overall team structure, setting long-term goals for our entire team, keeping in touch with division and chapter leads and so much more!
Next, we have Coco, another C name! She’s Mackenzie’s sassy toy poodle. Don't let appearances fool you, because despite how small she is, she can get jealous when Mackenzie’s cats are getting attention instead! Despite all that, she’s a calm and chill dog, and loves to simply hang around, settle somewhere, and get comfortable.
Mackenzie is part of Pupcycled’s Outreach team! Outreach all take on various roles that involve communications with outside organizations, whether that’s the communication between us and the libraries we work with, or talking to shelters so that we can coordinate sending over the toys that we make.
Everyone’s passions start somewhere. For many on our team, our pets are the motivation and reason why we developed a love and care for all these critters alike. The love we have for our own pets helps inspire us to continue what we do, supporting various critters in shelters by providing our toys with love.
