Volunteer Application

 Volunteer FAQs

  • Since Pupcycled is a 100% volunteer run organization, volunteers help with every step of our process from organizing donation drives, crafting toys at public events, and sending toys to shelters.

    Most needed:

    1. Chapter Lead: Don't see a Pupcycled chapter in your area? Start one today! Our welcoming team will support you with all the resources needed to start your own chapter. Please visit our chapters page for more information!

    2. At Home Toy Making: don’t have a chapter near you, but looking for a fun, low-commitment opportunity to craft some dog toys? This program is for you! Please indicate your interest in At Home Toy Making on the volunteer application form, and our team will reach out with more instructions.

    3. Join our team! Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), Blog (writers and editors), and Operations positions are open. Fill out the form above or contact us at volunteers@pupcycled.org for more information.

  • Yes! Pupcycled provides hours upon request. We are a registered 501(c)3 organization.

  • We are proud to be an official Certifying Organization for the President's Volunteer Service Award! Please refer to https://presidentialserviceawards.gov/ for information on minimum award hours.

  • Our remote roles include managing our social media accounts, writing for our blog or quarterly newsletter, and spreading the word about Pupcycled in your community! You can also opt to craft dog toys from your home (think using old t-shirts, follow easy and in-depth Pupcycled tutorials, donate to a local shelter or chapter) through At Home Toy Making!
