Pupcycled: 2024 End of Year Updates
As 2024 comes to an end, Pupcycled is here to celebrate with you! In this quick blog, we’ll go over some of the highlights, upcoming events to look forward to, and some reflections on our work this year.
Impact in Numbers
Though this is our first year, Pupcycled has been consistently growing! Here are some highlights.
More than 2750 toys made in total
11 chapters nationwide
Over 40 events hosted
Nearly 200 followers across our various social media
Around 25 blogs published
Over 600 volunteers at events who made a toy (thank you for making a difference!)
Looking Forward
It’s never too early to be prepared. Pupcycled is already preparing for the new year with events ready to go so you can plan on when you can get involved! Here are the events in 2025 so far:
Closing Reflection
At the start of summer 2024, Pupcycled was a small passion project of just a handful of high schoolers in the Bay Area. Now, our reach has expanded to 11 chapters nationwide, with passionate, dedicated volunteers and team members all joined under the same motive: sustaining our environment and bringing joy to shelters and the animals they care for.
Thank you to everyone for your support and involvement with us throughout our journey! Our community makes our work possible, and we look forward to the new year when even more people are reached, more clothing is recycled, more shelters are donated to, and more pets are made happy.
